“Throughout all my sessions with Louise, I found them to be both useful and structured. Some weeks even included homework tasks, (at my request) which I found to be a great way to practise and self reflect outside of the weekly visits. I was given a safe space to talk freely about what was on my mind and bothering me. We explored open-ended questions, tasks, meditation & breathing exercises, which I found really helpful and calming.

I always felt heard and understood by Louise. My thoughts and feelings made more sense after each session, and I left with a sense of relief—like a huge weight had been lifted. Louise helped me explore and express emotions that I had always pushed down before. At the end of each session, we took time to reflect and added coping strategies to support my progress. Finding myself again was challenging, but with Louise's guidance, she helped me push through week after week. I'm so grateful to have spent my therapy sessions with her."
